LOOK! Kilalang Columnista gustong managot at Kasuhan ang mga Mambabatas na Bubuhay sa ABS-CBN Franchise "Sotto and Atienza should be criminally prosecuted!"

Pinalagan ng isang newspapaer columnist ang ginagawang hakbang ng ilang mambabatas para mabigyan ng prangkisa ang ABS-CBN.

Magugunita na naghain si Senate President Tito Sotto ang panukalang batas para i-renew ang ABS-CBN Franchise. Ikinakasa na rin ni Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto ang parehas na panukalang batas sa kongreso. 

Para naman kay Buhay Partylist Congressman Lito Atienza, imbes na maghain ng bagong legislative franchise, mas madali daw na baliktarin na lang ang desisyon sa pagbabasura sa ABS-CBN franchise application.

"That’s one mode of doing it. In my opinion, there’s a shorter route and that is to file a motion for reconsideration, the matter is still on the table. It was laid on the table at the committee level so technically under our rules, pwede sabihin ng plenary 'yung nakastandby d'yan na ABS-(CBN) bill. 

It appears on our agenda everyday, the ABS-(CBN) issue still on our agenda as an unfinished business. Yun ang (That is the) shorter route. Without filing a new bill we can take up what is on our agenda these past months and take it up fairly, allowing both sides to speak freely and make a decision on the plenary level," boladas ni Atienza.

Ayon kay Kapunan, dapat daw managot sa batas ang mga nasabing mambabatas. 

"Any attempt to refile ABS-CBN's application for franchise is an open defiance of the law. Recto, Sotto and Atienza should be criminally prosecuted," sabi ni Kapunan.

Resbak pa ni Kapunan, wala daw sa hulog ang pag-iisip ni Sotto. Hinalintulad din ng mamamahayag ang pagbibigya ng prangkisa sa ABS-CBN sa pagbibigay ng premyo sa isang magnanakaw. 

"This senator is out of his mind. ABS-CBN not only had an expired franchise but violated that privilege. One cannot re-grant franchise to a violator but must punish it, stupid. It is tantamount to rewarding a thief," paliwanag ni Kapunan.

Sa hiwalay pang social media post, minura pa ni Kapunan si Atienza. 

"Gago ito. Sayang ang gingastus dito sa mag-diodios na ito," buwelta ng kolumnista.
